Delete your account

In the app

Sign in, open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens right away.

If you can't sign in

Email support@mobilytewellness.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account and practice profile, branding, and logo
Protocols, documents, services, staff records and credentials, attestations
Inventory, vendors, temperature logs, incidents, mileage, marketing content
Compliance alerts and any push notification registrations

Any active subscription is set to stop renewing. Invoices stay in our Stripe billing account for 5 years, as Australian tax law requires. Launchpad stores no patient information at any time, so there is none to delete.
